Artist and writer Edmund de Waal will give a lecture on ‘Memory and artefact’, addressing the issues he explored in his internationally acclaimed memoir ‘The Hare with Amber Eyes’ and in his latest book ‘Letters to Camondo’ and in his practice – the relationship between objects and memory, the collecting of cultural artefacts and the tracing of his own Jewish heritage.
The lecture will be followed by a conversation with Prof. Jonathan Sergison.
