"Lugano 2022 consciousness" - the swiss medical Students convention in Lugano

The Swiss Medical Students Convention (SMSC) will be held for the first time in Lugano at the USI-SUPSI East Campus from 8 to 10 April 2022. The event "Lugano 2022 consciousness", promoted by the USI Medical Students Association (SMUSI), will bring together 250 medical students from all over Switzerland who will participate in presentations, practical workshops and will have the opportunity to discuss different aspects of medicine.
The theme of the event will be consciousness, understood both as being aware and sensitive to what surrounds us and as being aware of something. During the weekend, thanks to the participation of several experts from USI, EOC and other institutions, participants will have the opportunity to discuss the meanings of the term "consciousness" and its applications in medicine and beyond.
