The Swiss Pavilion at Expo 2025 in Osaka, with its interactive experience that takes guests through 4 Spheres and its flexible event schedule, will showcase Switzerland as a pioneer in collaborative innovation, advancing future societies, especially in the areas of:

  • Augmented Human – robotics, artificial intelligence, AR/VR
  • Life – life sciences, education, health and nutrition
  • Planet – environment, climate and energy

Eligibility

  • Highlight the innovation, research, and education prowess of Switzerland.
  • Draw attention to Switzerland's standing as a pioneer in innovation.
  • Spread the word about Switzerland's beneficial contribution to building a bright future.
  • Involve viewers in ways that are unexpected, enjoyable, engaging, or thought-provoking.
  • Seek to establish a link with Japan or already have one.

Funding and duration

  • Financing is based on in-kind contributions from the project submitter (i.e.: providing exhibit objects, specialists, experts, technology, activities, etc.).
  • Swissnex and the Swiss Pavilion cover integration costs into the Swissnex exhibitions and event program.
  • If a higher degree of visibility or hospitality options are desired, sponsoring opportunities can be discussed with Presence Switzerland
