How did you start your career?
After completing my Master’s degree and several interviews, I had the opportunity to interview with Accenture for an Analyst position in Accenture's Risk and Compliance department. These are two areas I am particularly passionate about and where I am eager to advance my professional career.

A simple way to explain what is my current role is the following: a Management Consulting Analyst's role involves supporting companies in strategic analysis, process optimization, and performance improvement. They collaborate with internal and external teams to address complex issues and drive business growth.

Some positive aspects of my academic journey that helped me be better prepared than other colleagues include effective time management, which I consider a key skill here at USI, the ability to handle large workloads, and the capacity to engage productively with fellow students.
What is your advice to USI students entering the job market?
Although it might sound like common advice, never get discouraged. Even if your first interview doesn’t go well, giving up would be the wrong choice. Not everyone reaches their dream job quickly or easily; sometimes, it happens through unexpected roles that may spark a passion and change your direction entirely. Passion in whatever you do is essential, both in the workplace and in everyday life.
