Marco Aldegani, Trader, Credinvest Bank

How did you start your career?

During my studies, I accepted a job offer from EY while on an exchange semester, which marked the start of my professional journey. A few months after completing my degree, I began working in EY's Assurance division in Zurich, where I specialized in auditing the treasury operations of a major Swiss insurance company. This role, combined with the knowledge gained during my academic training and my passion for the markets, later enabled me to transition into the Trading & Treasuries division at Credinvest Bank, where I currently work as a trader.

Why did you choose a career at Credinvest Bank?

I chose to pursue a career at Credinvest Bank because it is a dynamic, growing organization that stands out in the industry. Credinvest places a strong emphasis on nurturing young talent, offering meaningful responsibilities early on while fostering an environment that values initiative. What positive aspects and qualities meant most to you during the study programme you attended?

In my view, the strengths of my academic program at USI lie primarily in its high academic standards and rigorous curriculum. The program offers a comprehensive, in-depth approach to most subjects, providing a solid foundation of knowledge that has been invaluable to my professional development.
Additionally, USI enabled me to form strong connections with my classmates, relationships that have not only enriched my university experience but also continued to support my career growth well beyond my time as a student.
