Introduction to LaTeX
The course is structured in three parts: the first part consists in learning what LaTeX is and an introduction to the Overleaf platform, as well as understanding why it represents a valuable tool for composing scientific documents. The second part is more practical and focuses on using LaTeX on Overleaf, with tips and pragmatic suggestions on how to apply for a job or write a cover letter and CV. Finally, we will learn how to export our first document.

I use LaTeX for writing my papers on Philosophy, and I genuinely believe it represents one of the best tools available to students and researchers in the academic world. A lot of people tend to prefer Microsoft Word, mainly because it is perceived to be more "user-friendly", but LaTeX offers the better and more powerful solution in the long run.
