Legal support in the digital domain

The Competence Center in Digital Law aims at supporting the academic community (teachers, researchers and staff of libraries, IT services, law services and administration) of USI and - secondly - of other Swiss Higher Education Institutions in dealing with legal questions in relation with the digitalization process and the use of digital technologies in their teaching, research and administrative practices.

CCDigitalLaw offers different kinds of online resources (FAQs and a detailed knowledge base), a wide range of training offers, and a customized advising service, mainly on the topics of copyright and data protection.
