Satisfaction with French language courses

At the end of each semester, students have the opportunity to express their opinions on the language courses they have attended. The collection of evaluations is managed by the Quality Assurance Service, which invites students to complete an anonymous questionnaire. The process is therefore independent of the Laboratory of Modern Languages and ensures the highest level of confidentiality of responses.
The questionnaire allows students to provide feedback on the overall experience, the lecturers, and various aspects of the course, such as its structure and teaching materials; it also includes a section for open comments, where observations and suggestions can be provided.The feedback collected represents a valuable tool for monitoring the quality of the offer and continuously improving it.

In the table below, the evaluations of French language courses collected over the past three academic years are presented. For each year, the average for intensive courses (Pre-AS and Pre-SS) and semester courses (AS and SS) are shown, broken down by type, as well as the overall average for the entire academic year.
