Open days and study advisory - Master

In order to allow prospective students to know more about the Università della Svizzera italiana and its study curricula, the Study Advisory Service organizes several open days during which interested people can follow detailed presentations, visit the campus and meet students and professors.

Moreover, USI takes part in a number of fairs and open day events in high school.

  • Master Info Day

    Participants obtain a general view of USI's Master offer. The scientific directors will present the study track proposed by each Master illustrating, in particular, the teaching approach and the chosen didactic concept, the study objectives, an insight into contents, the organization of the Master (duration, stage, thesis, exchange semester, study language, etc.) and career opportunities. Most presentations will be integrated by current students' testimonials. You will also be given the opportunity to visit the Campus.

  • Master meetings

    The various Master Meetings offer you the opportunity to follow lectures together with the current master students. Guided by a USI student, you can visit the campus and make up your mind as to whether the contents correspond to your study ambitions.​

  • Master webinars

    The calendar for the Academic Year 2019/20 will be available at the beginning of the Semester, September 16th. 

     

    Participants obtain a general view on the structure of each USI Master. The scientific directors will present the study track proposed by each programme, illustrating in particular the teaching approach and the chosen didactic concept, the study objectives, an insight into contents, the organization of the Master (duration, stage, thesis, exchange semester, study language, etc.) and career opportunities. The Master’s coordinator will also be present to answer administrative questions.
    In most presentations will also be present a current student to give you an insight on a student's life at USI. Throughout the Webinar, you can interact and ask questions with a chat.
