We are launching our 2023 Supply Chain Graduate Program in Switzerland and are now looking for applicants. Join our call to learn more about our great company and this new program! With a diverse portfolio of more than 20 brands sold in approximately 150 countries and territories, Estée Lauder Companies is the global leader in prestige beauty, recognized for its skincare, make-up, fragrances, and hair care products. In Switzerland, Estée Lauder has the main Supply Chain Hub for Travel Retail and EMEA, offering many opportunities across multiple functions to grow your career and become part of our amazing Supply Chain teams. As part of our NextGen SCP at the Estée Lauder Companies, you will have the opportunity to build a world-class career by being part of the global leader in prestige beauty. This path will ultimately prepare you for an accelerated role in Supply Chain. The program includes three 6-month rotations which are composed of individual needs and interests, ensuring that you will get to know our Supply Chain EMEA and TR worldwide hub in Switzerland. During this 18-month program, you will discover various business units while contributing to cross-functional high-profile projects across the organization. You will have the opportunity to explore different areas of Supply Chain such as Supply Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing to name a few. Towards the end of the program, and subject to business needs, you will have the option to specialize in an area of Supply Chain in line with your passions and previous achievements. Furthermore, you will be part of a graduate trainee network with a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional projects with other graduate trainees and/or employees.
