Field Projects

The Field Project is a consultancy project for a period of three months conducted by a small team of Master’s students, who apply their theorical knowledge acquired in class to real cases under the supervision of a USI Professor.

Companies and Institutions may advance a proposal to the University for a Field Project in an area of interest covered in one of the seven Masters involved.

We finalised the consultancy Field Project with USI, supported by the Career Service, in which international students applied their theoretical knowledge and skills for class to real cases in a professional environment. Four groups challenged themselves in areas of eCommerce with Napapiji, Metaverse of Vans, sustainability with TNF and Human Resource Management. It was an incredible journey, accompanied by engagement and fresh perspective. Looking forward to what comes next!

Thanks to the Field project I had the opportunity to get in touch with Ferrero. After the first interview to present what was the field project, they offered me an internship.
After the first three months of project, thank to the god job done, I was moved directly into the planning team managing the well know Ferrero Rocher!

After the Field Project within the Master path, I started to work in the marketing department of Chicco, main brand of Artsana Group, leader in the baby care products, where I had the chance to work both on product (development & marketing) and brand marketing at an international level. About three years later I moved to Sony Corporation, in the branch of Entertainment, better known as PlayStation.
