The public lecture "Conscientious about difference: Diversity in research methodologies and practice" organised by USI Equal Opportunities Service as part of the Bachelor's course "Interdisciplinary approach to gender and diversity" in collaboration with the Institute of Communication and Public Policy (ICPP) of the Faculty of Communication, Culture and Society was held on Wednesday 26 April.
The lecture was given by Melissa Steyn, South African National Research Chair in Diversity Studies and Director of the Wits Centre for Diversity Studies at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg.
