How did you start your career?

I started my career as CRM intern for Tally Weijl, a fast fashion company based in Basel.

Why did you choose a career in VF International?

I've aimed at joining VF corporation for quite a long time, as it is an international workplace with major brands and lots of young talented professionals.

What is your current role/duties?

I take care of the CRM channel, which mainly lies on DEM. From asset provision to budgeting and project management, I take care of all the steps to deliver newsletters and at the same time to build an efficient and insightful customer journey.

In your opinion, what are the qualities necessary for a successful career in VF International?

What is your advice to USI students entering the job market?

Keep being motivated in the very first job search, do not settle for what you think might be okay. Be committed to the job you would like to get and build a solid network in order to get it. Do not be afraid of changing your mind.
