USI, through the Equal Opportunities Service, is a partner in the H.I.T project, High Potential University Leaders Identity & Skills Training Program - Inclusive Leadership in Academia. Details of the 2024 programme and further information are available at the following link.
The programme offers a unique leadership path for female professors, both full and associate, in all cantonal universities and the two Federal Institutes of Technology. Its aim is to train Swiss female professors specifically to become university leaders. The 2024 edition comprises five-day sessions conducted in Geneva, Berne, Lausanne and Zurich, along with an online session. Furthermore, participants will benefit from customised leadership development that includes two individual sessions of leadership coaching with professional coaches and a half-day exchange with top leaders from the Swiss academic world through leadership shadowing.
Participation costs are fully covered by the USI Equal Opportunities Service.
