SNSF Agora scheme aims to foster dialogue between scientists and society. It encourages researchers to communicate their current research to a non-specialist audience.
Agora projects with budget lower than CHF 50’000 can be submitted all year round and will be evaluated according to a simplified procedure. The project plan for small Agora projects is limited to 5 pages.
Participation requirements:
Researchers based in Switzerland or doing their research abroad under an SNSF fellowship may submit an Agora application irrespective of their career level and their experience in science communication. The topic communicated by the Agora project must be clearly linked to the recent research of the applicant(s).
