Student conversation workshops

The Laboratory of Modern Languages, in collaboration with the Student Corporation, organises the "Student conversation workshops in Italian, French, English and German".
The initiative is made possible thanks to the availability of student moderators who are native speakers or have advanced language proficiency (levels C1/C2), selected by the Laboratory.

The workshops are designed to help participants improve their listening and speaking skills, develop their conversational and critical thinking abilities, and encourage meaningful and constructive discussion.
Sessions take place in small groups and consist of two one-hour meetings per month, for a total of five hours trhoughout the Spring semester. The moderator is responsible for proposing a topic, selected in consultation with the coordinators; the discussion and exchange of views on the selected topic are facilitated by the moderator.
