USI Career Board
The USI Master in Finance and a number of supporting partners have entered into an agreement to strengthen the students’ career prospects.
Companies in this Career Board will strive to make internship positions available to our students and engage in other recruiting-related activities with the goal of enhancing their job seeking.
Furthermore, they will advise the Master on professional trends and needs and foster synergies with USI.

Finance Career Mentoring Programme
Following the success of the first edition, the Master in Finance, the Finance Career Board and the USI Career & Alumni Service are pleased to announce the 2nd edition of the USI Alumni in Finance Career Mentoring Programme for the Academic Year 2025-2026. The programme, reserved for students enrolled in the Master in Finance, aims to connect students (Mentees) interested in a career in Finance with USI Alumni (Mentors) working in the Finance sector. Mentors will share their insights, information, and advice on various financial career paths.
