Double Degree (optional) with University of Gastronomic Sciences
In an era when food has become increasingly captivating and, through social media, culinary talent shows, and vibrant restaurant photos, a major driver of tourism, we offer our students the unique opportunity to enrich their education at USI with both theoretical and practical expertise in the fields of wine and gastronomy – areas where the demand for highly specialized professionals has grown significantly in recent years.
Students enrolled from A.Y. 2024-2025 can obtain a double degree in International Tourism (USI) and in Food Industry Management (University of Gastronomic Sciences – UNISG Pollenzo). The University of Gastronomic Sciences, in Pollenzo (Italy), has been launched by the global Slow Food movement, and provides a major contribution to research and education in this emerging field.
