How did you start your career?
I started with an internship in HR CIB at UniCredit Bank Austria (Vienna).
Why did you choose a career in Bain & Company?
A full interest in HR management combined with effective communication skills and willingness to improve human capital wellbeing.
What is your current role/duties?
Managing company’s human capital: performance management, training, onboarding, employees documentation and contracts.
In your opinion, what are the qualities necessary for a successful career in Bain & Company?
Detail oriented, passion for results, interest in health and communication. Plus skills: interest in economics and analytical mindset.
What positive aspects and qualities meant most to you during the study programme you attended?
Focus on effective communication, psychology and corporate strategies.
What competences and/or skills acquired in your USI Study Program have been useful/are useful to your professional career?

What is your advice to USI students entering the job market?
Try everything, never let a bullet point job description prevent you from applying to the job you wish.
