The State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation SERI has commissioned the Swiss Academy of Engineering Sciences SATW to implement the federal program to promote bilateral research cooperation between Switzerland and France "Germaine de Staël".
Eligibility
- The program is open to all research institutions.
- Projects are selected by a binational commission that pays particular attention to scientific quality and the relevance of the partnership.
Funding and duration
The program has a budget of 4500 CHF per year for Swiss teams and 2400 EUR per year for French teams, per project.
Germaine de Staël program supports financial backing for research stays, enhancing scientific cooperation between Switzerland and France.
Funding supports all disciplines, from exact sciences to humanities and social sciences.
It offers a unique opportunity for transborder research initiatives and supports the development of innovative research projects and long-term scientific partnerships.
