At its sitting on 13 March, the Student Council has decided to support various proposals submitted by the student association Ratio:

Ratio Cineforum
Cinema events on philosophical themes. The credit is allocated for catering and film rental, approximately two meetings per month are scheduled between March and June.

Public event “Scoprire la Filosofia della Mente, in dialogo con le Neuroscienze” (CHF 500)
Public conference. The budget is intended for the catering and compensation to the guest speakers.

Workshop “Metaphysical and Epistemological Perspectives on Quantum Theory” (CHF 500)
A conference day featuring six international guests specializing in the philosophy of science and philosophy of physics. The budget is intended for the catering and the lunch provided for the guests.

Decision procedure
A credit of CHF 1200 is allocated.
The Decision was taken by the Student Council unanimously. The credit will be made available in the form defined in concert with the University when the actual expenses associated with the project are needed.

Deadline for the Student Referendum 
The deadline to launch a Student Referendum against this Decision is 10 April.
