The International Relations Service at the 2025 Welcome Weeks
International Relations and Study abroad Service
29 September 2025
On Friday, September 19, the International Relations and Study Abroad Service participated in the welcome activities with a stand to present the Service to the USI student body. Students were able to discover the numerous events organized by the Service as part of the “Il mondo in USI” initiative and learn about the possibilities of studying abroad.
For the occasion, a game was set up: we asked the USI community to guess the number of coins from around the world, LEGO bricks, and shells contained in three jars. Many took up the challenge for a chance to win a book, a notebook, or a Splash&SPA voucher. As promised, we are announcing the results and the correct numbers: there were 713 coins, 376 LEGO bricks, and 78 shells. None of the participants guessed the exact number, so the prizes were awarded to the people who came closest, estimating 689 coins, 400 bricks, and 80 shells. The three winners were notified and invited to collect their prizes.
Thank you to everyone who participated!
