Circle of trust: Dance Therapy Workshop with Silvia Lesina Martinelli and Larissa Lischetti in collaboration with the student association SAFU
Through music, we will explore how our body relates to the space around us and to the people who share it with us. Supported by a variety of objects, we will stimulate our imagination, allowing the body to connect with the sensations and emotions that arise. Afterwards, those who wish may freely and spontaneously share their experience.
The activity aims to freely explore one’s expressiveness and creativity through movement, and to develop greater self-awareness and awareness of one’s relationships with others, in a non-judgmental space.
Workshop in Italian with English translation.
When: Tuesday, 28.04.2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Where: Aula A-21, Palazzo Rosso (West Campus Lugano)
No prior dance experience is required.
Accident insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
