75 students are ready to go abroad in the Autumn Semester 2019-20

International Relations and Study abroad Service

In February, the International Relations and Study Abroad Service has selected 75 USI students who will spend an exchange period at a partner university during the next Autumn Semester 2019-2020.

Out of these 75 students, 10 will spend the Autumn Semester at Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, in the framework of the Bachelor specialization ICE (Intercultural Communication and Economics).

Let’s see more in details who they are:


Mobility by gender
40 female, 35 male

Mobility by Study level
31 bachelor students, 44 master students

Mobility by Faculty
20 students study at the Academy of Architecture
14 students study at the Faculty of Communication Sciences
40 students study at the Faculty of Economics
1 student studies at the Faculty of Informatics

Destinations
The top three destinations are Switzerland (in particular, University of St. Gallen), Finland (thanks to the new ICE specialization) and Singapore. These three destinations alone will host 45 of our 75 outgoing students.

The rest will travel to Australia, Belgium, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, the Russian Federation, Spain, Sweden and the UK.  

In addition to this group, four students at the Academy of Architecture decided to spend their mobility period abroad over the entire Academic Year.
