At its sitting on 12 March, the Student Council has decided to support a proposal submitted by the student association Fuoricorso Lugano:
Career Night Apero
The event is offered in the frame of the Long Night of Careers. In collaboration with the Career Service. The budget is intended for the catering and set-up costs.
Voce agli studenti
Creating video content for social media dedicated to university life. The credit is intended for the purchase of recording and promotional materials.

Decision procedure
The Student Council does not accept the funding request for an event related to a service of the USI (Long Night of Careers). In light of this decision, the Council solely finances the "Voce agli studenti" project. The allocated credit is CHF 250 against the requested CHF 829 for the mentioned project.
The Decision was taken by the Student Council unanimously. The credit will be made available in the form defined in concert with the University when the actual expenses associated with the project are needed.
Deadline for the Student Referendum
The deadline to launch a Student Referendum against this Decision is 11 April.
