The Aspire Programme provides a customised learning experience, designed for our newest university hires. You’ll benefit from accelerated professional development, helping you to build a long-term career at Microsoft. As an Aspire graduate, you’ll get to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Over the course of the programme, you’ll build a network of connections in over 60 countries. Who are we looking for? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy a challenge? Are you quick to learn and adapt? Do you believe that technology has the power to transform the world for the better? Do you want to make an impact? If you answered yes and you’re pursuing or within one year of graduation from a full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, you should apply to the Aspire Programme.

What is a career live stream?

A virtual series of company events for students in AI, Informatics, Data Science & FinTech. During 45 minutes, employees of exciting companies will tell you about their work and answer all your written questions. During and after the career live stream, you can join the company’s talent pool to be contacted by a company representative for open positions.

 

What is CareerFairy?

Start-up collaborating with the Career Services of ETH, EPFL and USI with the objective to connect companies and students in a new digital experience. 

Through interactive livestreaming, employees of the world's best companies can engage with students and share authentic insights of their daily work.  From a laptop or smartphone, students can discover their work, see their office, get answers to their questions and find out how they can join them in the future.
