At its sitting on 27 February, the Student Council has decided to support various proposals submitted by the student association AIESEC Lugano:

4 ESG events 
The budget is intended for snacks and drinks to be offered at the event and the photographer. Partners: Tony Mate and Lega contro il cancro. 

ESG conference
Organization of a two-day conference. The budget is intended for the catering and compensation to the guest speakers. 

Fundraising event for a Scholarship 
In collaboration with World of Finance. The budget is intended for the catering and compensation to the guest speakers. 

Multicultural event Global Village 
Collaboration with other student associations is not yet confirmed. The budget is intended for the catering and the venue. 

Movie nights on SDG
Partner: Tony Mate. The budget is intended for the catering. 

Workshops
Featuring external guests and USI teachers. The budget is intended for the catering and compensation to the guest speakers.

Decision procedure
Having carefully evaluated the validity of the projects, especially in consideration of the fundraising project, the Student council allocates a credit of CHF 2000 against a request for CHF 4506.20. The Council thanks the association for its attention to the priorities set and communicated by the corporation and is pleased to support projects aimed at the inclusion of the entire academic community and the cohesion of the student body. 
The Decision was taken by the Student Council unanimously. The credit will be made available in the form defined in concert with the University when the actual expenses associated with the project are needed.

Deadline for the Student Referendum 
The deadline to launch a Student Referendum against this Decision is 11 April.
