Meeting promoted by USI's Equal Opportunities Service and aimed at female PhD and post-doctoral researchers. An opportunity to present the Academic Mentoring and Shadowing Grant proposals promoted to support women's careers.

The meeting is addressed to USI female PhD students and postdocs.
