USI promotes a culture aimed at safeguarding the personal integrity of all persons belonging to the university community in the performance of their learning, teaching, continuing education, work, scientific research and Third Mandate activities, supporting and disseminating the principles of Respect, Honesty, Reliability and Responsibility.
USI makes training offers and awareness-raising activities available to the university community, in order to inform and raise awareness on a regular basis on the subject of conduct detrimental to personal integrity in the workplace and study, and to promote a work and study culture based on respect for and protection of personal integrity.
The “Information and training offers” section provides an overview of current training offers and useful information material.

Information and training offers
In this section you will find training offers addressed to the university community to recognise behaviour that is detrimental to personal integrity and the intervention tools arising from the application of the USI Code of Ethics, as well as additional informational materials for the prevention of sexual and sexist harassment in the workplace. Being aware of and being able to recognise behaviour that is detrimental to personal integrity is of fundamental importance for a peaceful and respectful working and study climate, fnd for immediate action.
