H.I.T. High Potential University Leaders Identity & Skills Training Programme - Inclusive leadership in the Academia.

USI, through the Equal Opportunities Service, is a partner in the H.I.T of the H.I.T. Program, “High Potential University Leaders Identity & Skills Training Program – Inclusive Leadership in Academia”.   H.I.T. Program is a unique national leadership initiative designed for female professors from all Swiss universities who are interested in taking on leadership roles at the institutional level.  

The offer:  

• Tailored Leadership Training: develop the skills you need to lead effectively. 

• Individual Coaching: receive personalized guidance to enhance your leadership journey.  

• Collaborative Peer-Group Sessions: engage with fellow professors and share experiences.  

• Networking Opportunities: build connections with academic leaders across Switzerland.  

The 2025 program includes 8 days of activities from March to November 2025 in Zurich, Neuchâtel, Bern, and online. Participation costs are covered by the USI. 

The Call for Applications is opens from November 15, 2024 to December 13, 2024.
