The USI Equal Opportunities Service proposes the cycle of training meetings "She Leads: Empowered Leaders Shaping the Future".
The initiative is proposed for female students enrolled in the Professional Mentoing BPW-USI programme and other interested female master students.
The course consists of 3 modules:
- 29 April 2025 at 5.30 p.m. - Decoding Gender Gaps: Insights, Measurement and impact
- 6 May 2025 at 5.30 p.m. - Transformative Leadership: Balancing Hard and Soft Skills in an Inclusive Framework
- 13 May 2025 at 5.30 p.m. - Empowerment Through Awareness: Recognizing Strengths and Cultivating Confidence
During the lessons, presentations, discussions, role-plays and group activities will alternate.
This training proposal is offered in partnership by and experts from EquiLab, a competence centre for equal opportunities in Ticino, and the company KIAI Consulting.
A minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 participants are expected.
Training will be delivered in English.
