BPW-USI Professional Mentoring: concluded 2024-25, starting next 25-26

On May 12, 2025, the closing event of the BPW–USI 2024–25 Professional Mentoring Program was successfully held. The program is promoted by the BPW Club Ticino in collaboration with the Equal Opportunities Service of the Università della Svizzera italiana (USI). The event represented a meaningful moment of reflection, during which mentors and mentees shared experiences, insights, and the results achieved throughout a journey of personal and professional growth.

A heartfelt thank you goes to the BPW Club Ticino for its ongoing support and for the valuable contribution of a network of mentors capable of inspiring and guiding the new generations.

During the evening, the eLab – USI’s eLearning Lab – led a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® session, encouraging active participation and idea sharing in an innovative and engaging way.

The event also marked the official launch of the 2025–26 edition of the program, which is now open for applications. All female Master's and PhD students at USI who are interested in embarking on a mentoring journey to develop skills, set goals, and explore new opportunities through direct exchange with experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

The program offers:

• Individual meetings, from October 2025 to May 2026, either online or in person, with professional women mentors
• Support in defining career goals, managing work challenges, and balancing private life and career
• Company visits: two site visits between October 2025 and May 2026
• A thematic workshop on Leadership
