Università della Svizzera italiana

The Università della svizzera italiana (USI) promotes a respectful, inclusive, and safe working and learning environment for the entire academic community. Following approval by the USI Council on May 23, 2025, Regulation I for the Implementation of the Code of Ethics (Chapter II: provisions on integrity in interpersonal behavior) will come into effect. This regulation will complete the legal framework protecting the personal integrity of all USI community members by defining types of inappropriate behavior and the internal procedures for reporting them.

To introduce the USI Code of Ethics and its Regulation I for the Implementation of the Code of Ethics (Chapter II: provisions on integrity in interpersonal behavior), a dedicated training offer is available, focusing on the legal, general, and specific aspects arising from the two documents. The program also aims to provide practical tools to recognize, address, and prevent discomfort in the workplace and study environment, with particular attention to identifying and managing behaviors that undermine personal integrity and the intervention tools available to the entire university community.

The training session on October 20, 2025, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM (IT) is dedicated to members of the Rectorate and Deans.
