GlitchLab
Equal Opportunities Service
16 October 2025
The Equal Opportunities Service, together with LUXIA - Laboratory of User Experience, Interaction and Accessibility - coordinated by Prof. Monica Landoni from the Faculty of Informatics, is pleased to invite girls attending middle school to the GlitchLab project, a series of sessions designed to introduce girls to the world of computer science.
GlitchLab is a project designed for girls who want to explore the many facets of computer science. It is a creative space where participants experiment, design, and critically engage with the digital world.
Through hands-on workshops every two weeks, participants will have the opportunity to explore topics related to prototypes, design, and technology, with the support of research experts.
The activity calendar can be found on the dedicated website: https://luxia-glitchlab.inf.usi.ch/en
How to participate
The program is free, flexible, and by reservation – with no obligations, but plenty of opportunities to learn, share, and create, even from scratch. Registration for one or more sessions is possible via the website: https://luxia-glitchlab.inf.usi.ch/en
