LeadHer: BPW-USI Professional Mentoring Christmas Event

Event dedicated to mentees participating in the 2025–2026 edition of the BPW-USI Professional Mentoring programme, with the aim of offering participants an opportunity for growth, discussion and enhancement of their professional skills.

The event, structured as an interactive session led by BPW mentors, will focus on key topics such as career transitions, defining and enhancing personal branding, and strategies for navigating an intergenerational workplace with awareness.

The meeting is intended not only to be educational, but also a moment of sharing and connection between participants and the network of mentors, encouraging the building of supportive relationships that will be useful throughout their professional careers.

At the end of the session, there will be a pleasant convivial moment with a Christmas aperitif, designed to continue the exchange in an informal and festive atmosphere.
