"LeadHer: BPW-USI Professional Mentoring Christmas Event" at USI

On 11 December 2025, USI enthusiastically hosted the event LeadHer: BPW-USI Professional Mentoring Christmas Event, dedicated to the mentees of the BPW-USI professional mentoring programme for the year 2025-2026.

Organised by the USI Equal Opportunities Service, the meeting offered participants a valuable opportunity for training, discussion and personal growth. During the interactive session, BPW mentors guided the young professionals on key topics such as career transitions, defining personal branding and strategies for navigating intergenerational work environments with confidence.

The event fostered lively exchanges and moments of reflection, strengthening the support network between mentees and mentors and consolidating the mission of BPW and USI to promote female leadership and equal opportunities in the professional environment.

The evening ended with a convivial Christmas aperitif, during which participants were able to consolidate relationships and share impressions in a festive and inclusive atmosphere.
