Equal Opportunities Award: Call 2026 is now open

The Equal Opportunities Service announces the launch of the Call for the 2026 edition of the Award for scientific contributions on topics of equality and diversity, dedicated to academic contributions addressing issues of equality, diversity and inclusion.

The award, worth CHF 2,000, is open to:

• those who have successfully completed and defended their Master’s thesis in the academic years 2024–2025 or 2025–2026;
• PhD students and post-docs who have defended their doctoral thesis or produced a scientific article (published or accepted) during the same academic years.

Submissions must address one or more topics relating to equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion in their various dimensions: gender, age, physical and mental ability, sexual orientation, culture, religion, ethnicity and socio-economic status.
