The success of the seventh edition of the BPW-USI Professional Mentoring Programme, which concluded on 18 May 2026 with the event "Breaking Barriers, Building Futures: Women Who Inspire" paves the way for a new chapter: applications for the 2026-2027 edition are now officially open.
The Programme, promoted by BPW Club Ticino and the Equal Opportunities Service of the Università della Svizzera italiana, is open to all USI Master's and PhD students who wish to develop their skills, define professional goals and build a concrete bridge between the academic and professional worlds, through direct exchanges with experienced professionals.
What the Programme offers:
- Individual meetings (4-5 sessions) from October 2026 to May 2027, online or in person with women professionals
- Support in defining professional goals, managing work-related challenges and achieving a balance between personal life and career
- Company Visits: two company visits throughout the programme
- Thematic workshop on Leadership
