Registration deadline: 15 January (for paper submission)

To what extent is the Global South dependent on the Global North and vice-versa? Who is going to carry the burden of climate change? Is the Global North – Global South concept still relevant and does it explain inequalities in our modern world?
The International PPE Conference is a student-led initiative that brings together Bachelor, Master and PhD students as well as scholars from diverse backgrounds to share and discuss their ideas and knowledge related to global problems that affect the governance of our contemporary societies. The main purpose of this conference is to prompt the reflection around a thought-provoking theme at the crossroads of Philosophy, Politics and Economics. This is achieved in the course of an immersive 3-days event featuring seminars, workshops, discussion arenas, interactive panel discussions, presentations of student papers and networking moments. If you are involved in a research project connected to the topic of global inequalities and world-scale justice, we invite you to submit your academic paper and present it at our conference. The student paper sessions are the heart of this academic event. You will have the unique opportunity to present your research in front of a diverse audience of experts and students, making it great practice for any career you are aspiring towards, but especially one in scientific research.
