Last days to register for programmes supporting women's careers

The Equal Opportunities Service is pleased to inform that applications are still open, for a few more days, for the BPW–USI Professional Mentoring program and registrations for the She Leads training program, developed in collaboration with EquiLab.

The BPW–USI Professional Mentoring program is accepting the final applications until October 4, 2025. Interested individuals can register through the following link. Admission will be based on the motivation letter and curriculum vitae submitted, with the aim of valuing the candidates’ path and aspirations. The programme offers individual professional support from experienced mentors belonging to the BPW Ticino network.

The She Leads:Empowered Leaders Shaping the Future - Training program will remain open until October 10, 2025, with registrations available via this link. This initiative has a maximum of twenty participants, and registration order will be taken into consideration. The program offers a concrete opportunity to acquire tools useful for developing transversal skills, strengthening leadership abilities, and creating networks for exchange and collaboration, fostering professional growth in a stimulating and inclusive environment.

Both programs represent a significant opportunity to access high-quality training and mentoring paths designed to support and enhance women’s careers.

The two initiatives were presented on September 30 to Master’s and PhD students during a dedicated session promoting the programs.

It is also possible to participate in both programs simultaneously or choose to follow only one of the two paths, depending on individual needs and interests.
