Kick-off of the 7th edition of the BPW USI Professional Mentoring Program!

On October 27th, a new and exciting edition of the BPW USI Professional Mentoring Program was launched, a journey dedicated to Master’s and PhD students, their professional growth, experience sharing, and building meaningful connections between mentors and mentees.

This year, we are thrilled to welcome 23 mentor-mentee pairs, ready to embark on a path of mutual learning, exchange, and personal development. Each pair represents a unique combination of experience and curiosity, with the goal of creating value together.

A heartfelt thank you to BPW Ticino for making this new edition of the project possible, and to all the mentors who generously offered their time, experience, and valuable guidance.

The evening was further enriched by a practical activity led by ELab, featuring a special session by Andrijanic Anda. Using the NASA methodology, participants had the opportunity to get to know each other in a dynamic and interactive way, fostering authentic exchanges and laying the foundations for a strong mentoring network. It was a moment full of energy, collaboration, and inspiration, helping build meaningful connections right from the start.

We are excited to see how these 23 pairs will grow together in the coming months, sharing knowledge, experiences, and insights that go far beyond the program.
