Strategy and Entrepreneurship
Today’s markets are increasingly disrupted by technological change and social and demographic transformations that require continuous and systematic business model innovation. How can managers act more entrepreneurially when approaching daily business? How can business and social innovation coexist? What are the core competencies to lead new and innovative enterprises? This thematic area combines training in strategic management aimed at growing entrepreneurial attitudes and processing skills. These core competences are reinterpreted and enriched through the lenses of business ethics and operationally translated into negotiation, project management and business plan writing skills.
