A training offer of 4 practical activities and 3 workshops for the administrative staff and the intermediate body for workshops only.

Mindfulness practical activities

  • Mindfulness: mindfulness practices and focusing attention on the present moment to become more aware of how beliefs, convictions and mental schemes influence moods and consequently behaviour in the workplace in order to better manage stress at work. Monitoring and group discussion of the elements that emerge.
  • Relaxation exercises: relaxation practices derived from Autogenic Training and Progressive Muscle Relaxation.
  • Breathing and body techniques, sensorimotor practices, bioenergetic exercises.
  • Mind-body relationship awareness: exercises to develop knowledge of psychophysiological activations linked to thoughts and emotions. Psycho-body practices aimed at improving the mind-body connection (breathing, posture, orientation, grounding, etc.).

Workhop

  • Work-related stress: recognition and prevention of the phenomenon,
  • consequences and related physical and emotional reactions. Resource work, based on developing awareness of individual and group resource utilisation. Exercises to promote actions that foster organisational well-being within the context and team
  • work team. Group case studies.
  • Well-being and work: meaning, indicators, work-life balance programme, promoting team culture, strategies and practices for promoting well-being in the workplace.
  • Mind-body relationship in the work context: the mind-body relationship in neuroscience, work on emotions and motivational systems, aimed at understanding and improving interpersonal cycles and relational amplifications that are activated in the workplace; promotion of psycho-body awareness and somatic resources in the workplace from a sensorimotor perspective.
