Come hai iniziato la tua carriera?

I started in Management Consulting at 10EQS, a McKinsey Spin-off in Lugano.

Perché hai scelto di lavorare presso Amon?

10EQS gave me the possibility to step in the consulting world. I learned from experienced managers and worked with top clients like GE and World Bank.

In cosa consiste il tuo ruolo?

I am currently CEO and Co-founder of Amon, one of the first successful Initial Coins Offering (ICO) founded by Italians. Amon is a multicryptocurrency wallet connected with a debit card assisted by an Artificial Intelligence system.

Quali sono, a tuo parere, le qualità necessarie per fare carriera in Amon?

Depending on the role that you want to take on you might need analytical approach and good project management skills. Be always keen on learning from experienced managers on how to structure a project, meet deadlines and deliver on time.

Quali sono secondo te le caratteristiche/gli aspetti positivi dell'USI?

I think that one of the positive points of USI is that teachers and coming from all over the world and you can learn from different studying approaches. In countries like Sweden, Singapore, US students have a mix of theory and practice. Grades are not only related to the theoretical approach but also to team work and practical experience and USI uses the same approach.

Quali competenze e/o capacità acquisite durante il tuo percorso di studi all’USI sono risultate utili nella tua carriera professionale?

It is quite hard to apply what you learn to your professional experience because most of the time what is taught at university is mostly theory and best practices. I believe that the most useful skill that you can acquire is working in team and interact with other people which is something that you always need in daily working life.

Cosa potresti suggerire ad un neolaureato USI che deve entrare nel mondo del lavoro?

I would suggest to take on new challanges and be keen to learn. Money earning does not matter at the beginning of your career, the real earning is to learn something specific so that you can start up your own business or take on higher roles in another company.
