Come hai iniziato la tua carriera?

After graduating I moved to Zurich and worked in several jobs, including communication agencies, private banks and investor relations agencies.

Perché hai scelto di lavorare presso MeteoSvizzera?

The current job gave me the opportunity to generate and strategically position a new communications team oriented on new technology in a rather conservative realm like the government. 

In cosa consiste il tuo ruolo?

I am Head Communications and responsible for all external and internal communications. Including Social Media and Blogs for a variety of target groups.

Quali sono, a tuo parere, le qualità necessarie per fare carriera presso MeteoSvizzera?

It's important to have a solid background in communications topics but it's even more important to be assertive, have social skills and flexible. 

Quali sono secondo te le caratteristiche/gli aspetti positivi dell'USI?

USI gives students opportunities to develop a broad skill set that will be crucial when working in companies.

Quali competenze e/o capacità acquisite durante il tuo percorso di studi all’USI sono risultate utili nella tua carriera professionale?

The broad insight in different topics like programming, rhetoric or project management. 

Cosa potresti suggerire ad un neolaureato USI che deve entrare nel mondo del lavoro?

At the beginning change position often and try different specialisations.
