SNSF - Call for proposals THCS

The Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) is participating in the THCS European Partnership call and invites Swiss-based researchers to apply.
The call's objective is to foster innovative, person-centered health and care models that focus on prevention strategies, utilizing current IT and digital technologies and services.
The aim is to enhance aspects of the health and care system, including quality, efficiency, equity, and sustainability.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants include:

• Universities or higher education institutions.
• Research and knowledge dissemination organizations.
• Non-university public or private research and innovation organizations.
• Hospitals, foundations, or other healthcare providers.
• End-user organizations.
• Commercial companies, including start-ups, SMEs, and large companies.

Swiss organizations must meet specific criteria:

• Include at least one Swiss implementation partner.
• Be part of a consortium with at least three entities from different countries (one must be an EU Member State).

Funding and duration

• Research partners: Up to 100% of eligible costs.
• SMEs and small organizations (<250 FTEs): 50% of eligible costs.
• Large companies (>250 FTEs): 25% of eligible costs.
• Projects must last between 12 to 36 months.
