Kick-Off Webinar Digital Europe Programme

An event will be held to introduce the Digital Europe Programme (DEP), which is part of the Horizon package 2021–2027. The DEP aims to strengthen Europe's digital capacities and complements initiatives such as Horizon Europe. With a funding budget exceeding EUR 8.1 billion, the programme covers key areas including high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, semiconductors, digital skills, and the deployment of digital technologies.

The purpose of the webinar is to provide information on the newly published DEP work programme 2025–2027, with particular attention to Swiss participation opportunities.

• Switzerland’s status in the DEP and the next steps towards association

• Participation possibilities under the transitional arrangement

• Presentation of the 2025 work programme (Specific Objectives 2, 4, 5) and upcoming activities

The participation of the European Commission has also been confirmed, and representatives will contribute to the event.
