The event titled “Let’s Coordinate! National Event on Horizon Europe Project Coordination” is an online session taking place on 25 June 2026 from 12:00 to 13:30. It is designed for researchers and innovators based in Switzerland who are considering taking on the role of coordinating a Horizon Europe Pillar 2 project.
The event focuses on the role of the project coordinator, offering practical insights into its responsibilities, challenges, and benefits. Participants are guided through the full coordination process, from the initial idea and proposal phase to managing a consortium. A key element of the session is an informal roundtable discussion, where three experienced EU project coordinators share their perspectives, best practices, and lessons learned from coordinating collaborative projects.
In addition, Euresearch presents its tailored support services for coordinators and provides relevant data and statistics to help participants better understand the coordination landscape within Horizon Europe.
The programme includes a welcome and introduction, followed by an overview of Horizon Europe Pillar 2 collaborative calls and available support services. This is followed by short presentations from project coordinators representing institutions such as the University of Geneva, the Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich, and Agroscope. The session continues with a moderated panel discussion and open Q&A, and concludes with a brief wrap-up.
