The role of the Equity Research Analyst and the roles in Corporate Finance
Corporate Finance is the basis for a variety of banking roles in finance, from Investment Banking to Research to Investments. Whether you are interested in working on the buy-side, for example for Asset Management or Private Equity firms, or in a corporate finance job, from M&A to Equity Capital Markets, companies’ financial statements analysis and financial modelling are key in order to truly understand the true value of a company and whether it is worth investing in it as an investor or considering a transaction as a corporate.
During this session we will deep dive specifically in the world of Equity Research and also speak about other banking roles, to understand how you can leverage everything you learnt in class in a corporate finance job.
