New Open Access ASgreements with IEEE and PLOS

Two furhter agreements for publication in Gold Open Access were signed with the scientific publishers IEEE and PLOS.
This two new agreements join the list of those allready in place with other publishers: Elsevier, Springer Nature, Taylor & Francis, Karger, Wiley, and SAGE.
